Currently Design Lead Manager at Meta in New York, working on the future of GenAI creation tools for Meta Horizon. Joined Meta in 2020 as a Product Design Prototyper for AR/VR — Design Lead for the Creation Tools scripting system, Design Lead for Creation Tools Future State, and Lead Prototyper for Horizon Worlds.
Before Meta: Director of Development at Samsung Electronics America (2017–2020), leading a multi-disciplinary team designing and building the future of VR and AR software for upcoming hardware. Got there via co-founding VRB — a mobile VR social-media product centered on user-generated content — which was acquired by Samsung Research in 2017.
Earlier: CTO at Kandu Studios (creative software for kids, later renamed Ready), and Executive VP of Technology at MegaPhone Labs — multi-user interactive telephony apps on large public screens.
Started in animation and VFX — over 10 years on television and film projects including Hedwig and the Angry Inch, The Kid Stays in the Picture, El Cantante, and Sleep Dealer. Collaborations with Alex Rivera, Rosie Perez, and Clifford Ross.
Adjunct Professor at NYU's Interactive Telecommunications Program from 2007 to 2016.
